Online Investing... scam or helping hand?
I don't know about you, but I have come across my fare share of investment scams on the internet... it is so easy to part with money online these days that you could potentially spend all your savings looking for that elusive payout that will help you achieve your dreams...
I have been burnt many times and after losing a considerable amount to PIPs and losing some of my families and friends money... of course through no fault of my own, but you still feel responsible when you introduce someone to something online, that is why it is so important to do your own due diligence and I have done this many times and still been wrong!
So, my new rule, stick to what I know, and leave online investing alone.
Of course, there are always going to be opportunities that come your way that you think might be a good option... my other rule, only part with $50 and test it... and that seems to be working very well. Never part with your hard earned savings. It's not worth the risk.
So, with all of this in mind, here is something to do some due diligence on and with a small entry fee of $39.95 and that's it... I thought why not? It was recommended to me by someone who is full-time in the investing online business so I trust her judgement. And, I understand how it works; having a background in insurance and investment, I can see that this is quite a viable idea... we will see how it pans out. I don't really care, $39.95 is small pennies compared to what I lost in PIPs!!
